Successful city districts are intuitive places, with easily-understood character, scale and purpose. FTS' District projects include designs for downtowns, civic centers, transit-oriented districts and employment centers.

For each District, our design and revitalization efforts are linked to economic analysis and public involvement. The result is a clearly-articulated strategy for future change that is supported by both the realities of the marketplace and the desires of the community.
